Breathwork an umbrella term like Yoga. It is simply the art of consciously controlling the breath. It is the fastest growing segment in the holistic and wellness industry. We are now better understanding and learning more about the power and beauty of the breath from multi-dimensional perspective across the physical, mental, emotional level.

There are 3 main pillars or styles of breathwork: Functional, Pranayama and Conscious Connected Breathwork. We will incorporate functional and pranayama techniques which are gentle accessible  diaphragmatic breathing techniques that are pragmatic and practical to be practiced daily.

Yes, the breathwork we will practice are gentle slow techniques that invite to breathe fully into your diaphragm and can be practiced daily to unlock stress and tension. Some styles of pranayama and functional are more vigorous and energizing and are completely safe for daily practice. 

We invite you to stay open and curious inviting in a beginners mind to the practice each time. You can feel more at ease, relaxed, balanced and centered and even energized and clear minded at the end of each session.

The breath is the only part of our nervous system we can control. This beautiful inner technology empowers us to begin to unlock stress, anxiety and burnout cycles on our own.  

When we are less stressed and anxious we find more balance to lead at our best and make daily decisions from a centered place. We find more ease and flow and can breakthrough creativity and productivity blocks. Not to mention reduce stress and increase focus and concentration.

The 1 hour intro to breathwork session is a powerful way to start or your kickoff or integrate into business planning workshops.  I am happy to connect and discuss your goals and guide you to the right fit. Each session is bespoke and customizable, tailored to your Corporation/Business and Leaders needs.

There is a significant benefit of cultivating psychological safety when the full team is in the room together. However, with the evolution today’s hybrid and 100% virtual working situations the workshop can be conducted virtually or in-person or a mix of both.
